Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shop.gentlemanscuts.sg (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by [GENTLEMAN'S SUPPLIES PTE. LTD.] (UEN: [202514633H]), trading as Gentleman's Cuts Supplies ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

## 2. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging or colour may occur. We may withdraw or amend any product at any time without notice.

## 3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) [and are inclusive of GST / GST does not apply — pick whichever matches your registration]. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we do not store your card details.

## 4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; a contract is formed when we dispatch your order or notify you that it is ready for collection. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud — in which case you will be refunded in full.

## 5. Delivery and collection

Delivery and in-store pickup are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or collection.

## 6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

## 7. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are redeemable for products and services at any Gentleman's Cuts shop, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

## 8. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

## 9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — belongs to us or our licensors (including Truefitt & Hill and other brands we carry) and may not be reproduced without permission.

## 10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, our booking site or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

## 11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

## 12. Personal data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

## 13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

## 14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
