Shipping policy

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

## Processing & delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched from Singapore within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, islandwide delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

## Delivery charges

Delivery is free for orders of S$80 and above. Orders below S$80 are charged a flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before payment.

## Free in-store pickup

Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout — it's free at any of our three shops:

We will notify you by email or WhatsApp when your order is ready, usually within 1 working day.

## Gift vouchers

Physical vouchers can be collected in-store or delivered like any other order.

## Order issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number via WhatsApp or the Contact page and we will put it right.

## International orders

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're overseas and interested in our products, write to us — we would love to hear from you.
